These terms concern use of merch365.eu. Read our Brief & Enquiry Terms for how to send a brief and what happens next. Any quotation or subsequent project agreement is discussed directly with Merch365 and is separate from submitting the website form.
Enquiries are not purchases
The website does not operate a checkout or take online payment. Adding a product to an enquiry, choosing a quantity or sending a brief does not reserve stock, approve production or create a purchase by itself.
Please provide accurate contact and project information. If you communicate on behalf of an organisation, make sure you are authorised to do so. A requested date or budget helps us understand your brief; it is not a confirmed commitment until agreed in the project documents.
Product images and descriptions
Catalogue images are illustrative concepts showing possible merchandise and branding directions. The final product can differ in colour, scale, finish, materials, construction or packaging. Screen settings can also affect how colours appear.
Descriptions are starting points for a discussion. Exact specifications, availability, branding methods, quantities and delivery arrangements must be confirmed for the selected product. No certification, environmental claim or technical feature should be assumed unless it is expressly confirmed for that product.
Branding and intellectual property
The website contains text, images, design elements and branding owned by or used with permission from the relevant rights holders. Partner and client names and logos remain associated with their respective owners.
You may browse the website and use its information to consider a project. Other use of protected material requires permission unless applicable law permits it. Contact sales@merch365.eu if you wish to reuse website content.
If you supply artwork, logos or other material for a project, you are responsible for having the necessary rights to authorise the proposed use. Sharing artwork for a quotation does not transfer ownership of that artwork.
Responsible use
Do not use the website or form to send malicious code, spam, unlawful material or information that infringes another person’s rights. Do not try to bypass access controls, disrupt the website or gain access to private enquiry records.
Security controls may limit repeated or suspicious submissions. If you cannot send a legitimate enquiry, contact sales@merch365.eu.
External links and website availability
Links to partner, social or other websites are provided for information and convenience. Those services are operated separately and have their own terms and privacy practices. A link or logo does not make every external statement a Merch365 commitment.
The website may be updated, maintained or temporarily unavailable. If information appears inconsistent or a link is not working, contact us before relying on it for a project.
Privacy, applicable rights and changes
The Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information, and the Cookie Policy explains browser storage.
These terms do not exclude or limit rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer rights, where applicable, remain unaffected. No specific court or governing law is imposed by this website page.
Updated website terms apply from the date shown above to future website use. They do not retrospectively change an agreed project contract. Questions can be sent to sales@merch365.eu.
