These terms explain the website enquiry process. They work alongside our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Selecting products and sending your brief
You can select merchandise, enter indicative quantities and describe the project you have in mind. Include the intended use, branding requirements and any date that matters to you. Provide accurate contact details so the team can respond.
Your selection is an enquiry list. Sending it does not place an order, reserve stock, approve artwork or authorise production. There is no checkout and no payment is collected through this website. A submission alone creates no purchase or payment obligation.
If you are enquiring for an organisation, make sure you are authorised to share its information and discuss the project on its behalf. For a personal project, identify it as a personal enquiry.
What happens after submission
Merch365 receives your brief and contacts you using the details supplied to discuss your requirements. The team may ask about quantities, product options, artwork or your preferred timing before preparing a proposal.
A form confirmation acknowledges that the enquiry has been received. It is not acceptance of a project, a confirmed quotation or a guarantee of availability. If you need to follow up or correct your contact details, email sales@merch365.eu and identify your earlier enquiry.
Product concepts and requested dates
Catalogue images illustrate possible products and branding directions. Actual specifications, materials, colours, finishing, availability and quantities are confirmed during the project discussion. A website image is not an approved production proof.
A date entered in your brief is your requested timing. Tell the team if an event or other deadline is essential. Any production or delivery commitment must be agreed directly for the project.
Artwork and information you share
Only share logos, artwork and other material that you are entitled to provide for the proposed use. Sharing material for an enquiry does not transfer ownership or approve it for production.
Please keep personal information relevant to the enquiry and avoid sending sensitive information that the team does not need. Our Privacy Policy explains how enquiry details and correspondence are handled.
Updating or withdrawing an enquiry
You can update your requirements or tell us that you no longer wish to proceed by emailing sales@merch365.eu. Include enough information to identify the original brief. Withdrawing an enquiry does not cancel a separate project agreement already made directly with Merch365.
Removing products from your browser selection does not withdraw a brief that has already been submitted. To request deletion of your personal information, contact the team; the applicable rights and retention criteria are explained in our Privacy Policy.
Any subsequent project agreement
If you decide to proceed after speaking with the team, Merch365 will discuss and confirm the project arrangements directly with you. Specifications, artwork approval, costs, production, delivery and any other commercial terms belong in that separate agreement.
This page does not set payment schedules, delivery charges, cancellation fees or a returns policy for future projects. Any terms that apply to a project must be provided and agreed through the direct project process. Nothing here limits mandatory rights, including consumer rights where they apply.
For questions about an enquiry or an existing project, contact sales@merch365.eu.
